For an artist one of the best things of finishing a painting is getting the reaction from viewers. If it evokes an emotion and better yet a a memory Then I feel like I have succeeded to one degree. One of my clients made the following comment :
"It reminds me of the quiet stillness I felt in the high mountains in Colorado. Breezes blowing, fresh air, rippling waters."
